Mental Health Awareness Month
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. In recognition, SEWI wants to continue to bring awareness to the importance of mental health and destigmatize mental health illnesses. We recognize that millions of people are living with mental illness and we want to show our love and support.
In partnership with Edward Avedis Fine Jewelry who has designed jewelry for Lady Gaga and other A list celebrities, we have created a beautiful bracelet of gold filled beads and 3 onyx green beads in the middle hand strung on a stretchable cord to show our solidarity for those of us that are living with a mental illness, have a loved one with a mental illness or just want to demonstrate support. The 3 onyx green beads in the middle represent important stages in the fight against mental health illnesses: Awareness, Treatment &
Support
