ADDITIONAL TOOLS & RESOURCES

MHA Back to School Toolkit

Mental Health America recognizes with their new Back-to-School Toolkit that our youth are having “All the Feels” as they enter the new school year. These resources look at the issues young people face that are having an impact on their mental health and offer tips on how to deal with them and the resulting emotions. The MHA toolkit can also help parents and school personnel better understand the issues, such as the effects of social media on youth mental health and how to be supportive.

BIPOC Mental Health Month Toolkit

BIPOC communities are significantly more likely to develop mental health conditions, and major barriers to mental health treatment are access and the need for understanding mental health supports. In this toolkit, you can find information and resources for specific BIPOC communities, calls to action, worksheets, and general resources for BIPOC individuals.

School Wellbeing Toolkit

The Pritzker Center 2021 School Wellbeing Toolkit provides actionable steps educators can take in the classroom to address many of the most pressing concerns in our schools. Visit learn.wellbeing4la.org/educators for more resources
